Message	Looking at this one: [ http://store.yahoo.com/hopup1/wiweurwfrbuc.html ] It is a wings west and is urethane. Anyone have any comments/opinions on this? Need to keep the bumper and paint cost under $500.00 Weird, even found on on ebay that is made of ABS plastic...
